Clear hourly pricing, straightforward payment terms, and a Maintenance Agreement for homeowners who want to maximize value over time.

How We Charge

Every appointment requires a one-hour minimum charge. If the primary job finishes in less than an hour, Mark will use the remaining time to work through other items on your list.

General Handyman, Drywall, TV Mounting, Fixture Installation $100 / hr
Electrical & Plumbing Repairs $150 / hr

After the first hour, all time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable rate.

When a visit includes both rate tiers, the one-hour minimum is charged at the higher rate ($150/hr). Once electrical or plumbing work is complete, work at the lower rate proceeds without an additional hour minimum.

Payment is accepted via the following methods. All payment must be received the same day as service.

Credit and debit cards are processed through the Square App.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and customer no-shows, require a $100 rescheduling fee before a new appointment can be scheduled.

Maintenance Agreement

For homeowners who use Mark regularly, the Maintenance Agreement removes the one-hour minimum, reduces electrical and plumbing to the standard rate, and ensures your hours never expire.

No One-Hour Minimum
Many repairs take less than an hour. As a plan member you can use as little as 15 minutes of your accumulated hours — no minimum charge per visit.
Electrical & Plumbing at the Standard Rate
Electrical and plumbing work is billed at the same rate as general handyman work — a savings of $50/hr on the highest-rate services.
Hours Never Expire
The hours you accumulate through the plan are always yours. They carry forward indefinitely until you use them.
"If I discontinue the plan, do I get a refund on unused hours?"
Refunds are not available on accumulated hours. We recommend scheduling one or more appointments to use any remaining balance before discontinuing.
"How do I cancel the Maintenance Agreement?"
Simply stop making payments and schedule appointments to use your remaining hours. There is no penalty for cancelling.
