No One-Hour Minimum Charge!
For each of the four quarterly visits, you never pay the one hour minimum charge of $100/hr (basic work) or $150/hr (electrical/plumbing)! Your monthly payment allows for the prepayment of four half hour visits per year.
What About Work Done After the 30 Minutes?
Work done beyond the prepaid 30 minute time frame is charged in 15 minute increments at either $25.00/15 minutes (basic work) or $37.50/15 minutes (electrical/plumbing). During the prepaid 30 minute time frame, there is no difference between the cost of basic work and electrical/plumbing.
Electrical/Plumbing During the Prepaid Visit
During the prepaid time frame, there is no difference between the cost of basic work and electrical/plumbing. This makes any electrical/plumbing work performed during the prepaid time frame an even greater value!!!
Prepaid Time Doesn't Expire
You paid for the time, so it is always yours. The time from unused prepaid visits simply accumulates into hours you may use for future visits of an hour or longer.
