Every appointment requires a one-hour minimum charge at either of our rates:
1. Basic Handyman rate of $100/hr
2. Plumbing and Electrical rate of $150/hr
If we finish the primary job in less than an hour, we will do our best to use the rest of the hour to complete other tasks for you.
After the first hour, all time is accumulated in 15-minute increments at the related tier pricing. When work is done in both price tiers ($150/hr. and $100/hr.), the hour minimum must be charged at the higher rate. When proceeding with work in the lower tier, there is no need for an hour minimum at the lesser rate.
We receive payment with either Venmo, Cash App or the Square App using any credit or debit card. Payment must be received the SAME DAY of service. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the starting time of a scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a $100 rescheduling fee must be paid before proceeding to schedule a new appointment.
Customer no-shows also require a $100 rescheduling fee to be paid.
